Seven Steps To Achieving Goals

Take time to plan to achieve your goals by following these seven steps to goal achievement.
Step One. Decide exactly what you want personally, financially, and in your career.

Step Two. Write it down in clear, specific language. Writing makes your goal concrete and tangible as it happens. Only three percent of adults have written goals, and they make more than the other 97 percent put together.

Step Three. Determine the price you\’re going to have to pay to achieve this goal. What sacrifices will you have to make?

Step Four. Set a deadline on your goal. Set some deadlines as well.

Step Five. Make a plan to achieve your goal list, everything that you will have to do to get from where you are to where you want to go.

Step Six. Set priorities on your plan and select the most important thing that you can do immediately to begin bringing your plan to fruition.

Step Seven. Take action on the most important activity and then resolve to do something every day that moves you toward your most important goals. The final step to doubling your output is to set priorities and then to concentrate single-mindedly on the most valuable use of your time.
